Sales Executive (Entry level)
Location: Kelana Jaya-Petaling Jaya/Bayan Lepas – Penang

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
No work experience required

Not a relative to former/current Keyence’s employee

The training program begins with a period of classroom training which typically lasts 3 to 6 months dependent on product line.
Interest in working in manufacturing environments.
Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to Keyence’s success.
Desire to better yourself through our intensive training, mentorship, engaged management, and pro-active, process-oriented sales approach.
Willingness to travel to customer’s place, including the possibility of overnight travel.
Ability to lift and carry heavy of demonstration equipment in and out of vehicles .
Position requires the use of a personal vehicle.

Attend product and application training at our Keyence Career Development Institute.
Develop a thorough understanding of Keyence products and applications through classes, seminars, and on-the-job training.
Work with experienced salespeople to develop sales skills through real life examples and role-plays.
Satisfactorily complete mentorship program providing sales training and an overview of Keyence’s culture of success.
Provide technical consultation and service to customers to help solve their applications using Keyence’s products.
Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility in adapting to Keyence’s expectations and the challenges customers present you.
Travel to customer locations three days a week and work successfully in a wide variety of manufacturing environments.

Working hour : 8:15am -5:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Basic Salary :RM4,000.00 (for probation period)
Monthly incentive system based on individual performance (after 6 months of service)
Car Allowances : RM 800.00 Per month (not included in Basic Salary)
Petrol : Claimable based on Mileage claim rate
Annual Leave : 14 days
Sick Leave : 14 days
Insurance : Company insurance is provided
Medical Claim : RM1000.00 per year
Bonus : Twice per year
Toll & Parking : Provided by Company
