Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Acquire technical knowledge on product applications.
  • Diagnose, trouble shooting and resolve technical hardware and software problems.
  • Effectively answer, prioritise and escalate customer issues.
  • Work closely with Sales team on customer feedback.
  • Provide onsite support and training.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in software engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of PLC programming is added advantage.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales is preferred but fresh graduates with strong vocational/hands on electrical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
  • Aggressive and hardworking. Candidate must be a fast learner and can carry out instructions quickly in the study of equipment manufacturing and automation industry.
  • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Possess own car and willing to travel.
