Inside Sales Executive / Telemarketer (Contract)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products in order to persuade potential customers to know more about our products and schedule appointments for sales representative to meet with prospective customers.
Explain products and answer questions from customers.
Obtain customer information such as name, address and enter information into computers.
Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
Learn up product information and knowledge.

Minimum education level: SPM
Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written)
Independent and able to work well in a team, fast learner
Able to work overtime when necessary
Engineering related education background or working experience is additional advantage
Working experience as telemarketer or at call center is additional advantage
Computer literate
Independent and able to work well in a team

Working hour: 8:45am -5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
Basic Salary: RM2,800.00 to RM2,950.00
Monthly incentive system based on individual performance (after training)
Transport Allowance: RM 300.00 Per month (not included in Basic Salary)
Annual Leave : 12 days
Medical Leave : 14 days
Insurance: Group Hospitalisation & Surgical, Personal Accident, Term Life is provided
Medical, Dental, Optical, Health Screening: Claimable
Performance Review for salary increment: Once per year
Performance Bonus: Twice per year
13th Month Bonus available upon contract renewal
