Coplanarity inspection of terminals

Check the coplanarity and pitch of the terminals of power ICs simultaneously. The LJ-X Series is equipped with a filter to remove noise components caused by the fluctuation of reflected light while keeping the shape of the target. This enables stable inline inspection.
