Dust elimination before PC board coating

PC boards are covered with a coating material to prevent moisture and maintain electrical insulation. If any foreign materials exist on the PC board before the coating material is applied, the coating fails. Defective coating is a direct cause of defective products, resulting in serious customer complaints. Using a static eliminator with air achieves both prevention of foreign material adhesion and dust elimination.
