Material check during blending processes

Materials are checked visually before they are blended together. However, it is difficult to distinguish between materials that vary only slightly, which leads to incorrect materials being inserted, a common problem. Reading part numbers with a handheld computer fully prevents incorrect material insertion. It is also possible to link operation with PLCs and other equipment.
